Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms apply to all website, web application, hosting and related services provided by VXCORE Pvt Ltd. A signed project agreement takes precedence where it differs.
Proposals and agreements
Every project begins with a written proposal and signed agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines and payment milestones.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide content, feedback and access in a timely manner, and confirm they hold the rights to any material supplied to us.
Changes to scope
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only carried out after your approval.
Ownership
On full payment, ownership of the final website and its content transfers to the client. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless a white-label or confidentiality agreement applies.
Liability
We take care to deliver reliable work but are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by third-party services, client modifications or events outside our reasonable control.
Payments & Refunds
Last updated November 1, 2026
Milestone payments
Projects are paid in stages tied to milestones defined in the agreement. Work on each stage begins once the related payment is received.
Cancellations
If a project is paused or cancelled, work completed up to that point is covered by payments already made. Any balance is handled fairly according to the agreement.
Hosting and recurring services
Hosting, email and maintenance are billed in advance for the selected period. Domains are non-refundable once registered. Services not renewed by the due date may be suspended after reminders.
Hosting Acceptable Use

To keep our servers fast and safe for everyone, hosting clients agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal content or activity, or material that infringes others’ rights.
- Spam, phishing, malware or unsolicited bulk email.
- Activity that overloads shared resources or disrupts other customers.
We may suspend services that breach these rules after notice, or immediately where there is a serious security risk.
Backups
We take twice-daily backups as a safeguard, but clients remain responsible for keeping their own copies of important data.
